Everyday care

Protecting your teeth at night

Grinding, clenching, and why a night guard protects your work.

Signs of grinding

Worn or flattened edges, a tight jaw in the morning, headaches on waking, or a partner hearing it at night.

Why it matters

Grinding can chip bonding and porcelain and wear natural enamel. A custom night guard spreads the force and protects both.

Caring for your guard

Rinse it after use, brush it gently in cool water, and store it dry in its case. Bring it to check-ups so we can check the fit.
